Human beings face tensions, worries and different kinds of problems due to some reason and they need specific types of changes in their lives and now the happiness “Al Saada” park has been opened in Dubai for this purpose.

In the Dubai’s area of ‘Mena’, minister of state for Happiness Ohood Al Roumi inaugurated the ‘Al Saada Park’ in a women’s club. There are 3 zones in park including energy, education and entertainment and the reason to open this park is to create awareness about exercise, entertainment and such activities.

During this inauguration ceremony, the minister said that this park is exclusively for women and they can perform better role in society by taking part in various activities in the park including social, physical and educational activities.

The minister also stresses the women that modern research has also testified that human can increase courage and happiness through daily exercise and it also produces positive attitude of mind.
