According to several well-known sources, Microsoft will soon launch the consumer preview of Windows 10 and in January 2015, it will announce plans for mobiles and tablets with Windows Phone 10.
A technology and consumer electronics mega event, Consumer Electronics Show, will held in January 2015 in Las Vegas where Microsoft is scheduled to showcase its products. There are expectations that after the conclusion of CES 2015, Microsoft might release the Consumer Preview of Windows 10. So far, exact time and date has not been mentioned by the company.
There are also expectations that Microsoft will also announce their plans for Xbox One dashboard updates along with Windows Phone 10 for tablets and smartphones. The reports say that the new OS may be launched alongside Windows 10 Consumer Preview in January 2015 as Microsoft has introduced a special Windows 10 Phone to its partners for final testing.
Though there’s not much information about its equivalent mobile but we know that Windows 10 will feature lot of helpful add-ons including various performance enhancers, our favorite Start Button and Menu, a new touch interface “Continuum” and cross platform support. There are also hints that the company may also introduce definite interface changes, contextual menus and aesthetic visual effects.
Now the consumers are expecting better from MS after their poor show of Windows 8 and it seems that the company will make up for its previous error.
