Schwarzman Scholarship 2019 at Tsinghua University, China:

The Schwarzman Scholarship 2019 application is now being received. This is popular and fully funded scholarship for participants from all over the world.

We are going to declare the Schwarzman Scholars application for 2019-2020 academic year and it is now provided to the candidates. We want to meet other outstanding group of talented and young leaders from all over the world. The importance of mission in order to build the greater understanding among China and all over the world could not be evident today.

Third class is added with 142 Schwarzman Scholars and they will matriculate at Tsinghua this August and 40% of cohort is coming from US, 20% from China and 40% from rest of the world. To check the glimpse of experience of Schwarzman scholar, we appreciate you to look for short video below.

The Schwarzman scholars will enjoy with Schwarzman scholarship 2019 and they will be selected on the base of their academic aptitude and the intellectual ability and also their leadership potential, ability to anticipate, entrepreneurial spirit and act on the emerging trends, wonderful character and desire to understand other positions, cultures and perspectives.

The qualified candidates will have completed their undergraduate degrees successfully prior to enrolment and they must be expert in English. For the undergraduate study, there are no requirements in any specific field and the candidates are welcomed in the Schwarzman Scholarship 2019. No specific requirements are demanded from students of CGPA. We do not select the students on CGPA only.

The candidates should apply for MEXT Undergraduate Scholarship Japan 2019, which is fully funded and offered by the Embassy of Japan in Pakistan.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • The candidates must have undergraduate degree or first degree from any accredited college or university or its equivalent.
  • Applicants, who are currently enrolled in the undergraduate degree program, they must be on track in order to complete all degree requirements by August 1, 2019 successfully before the start of the orientation.
  • There are no specific requirements for any field of undergraduate study; all fields are welcome, but it will be necessary for applicants, regardless of completion of undergraduate major in order to articulate how attending Schwarzman Scholars will help to develop the leadership potential among the students within their field.

English Language Proficiency:

  • ·         Applicants must demonstrate strong English Language skills as the undergraduate programs will be conducted in English. If the native language of the applicant is not English, official English. Then the candidates must submit the proficiency test scores with the application. Acceptable test options are:
    Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL PBT)
    Internet-based Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL iBT)
    International English Language Testing System (IELTS)

How to Apply:

Apply through the online application system. Please carefully read all the instructions before starting the application for Schwarzman Scholarship 2019.

Application Deadline:

Applicants who hold passports from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macao, regardless of where they attended university or reside, will apply between January 1st and May 31st, 2018.
Applicants holding a passport from any other country can apply from 16 April to 11:59 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) 27 September 2018.
