A smartphone with 6 GB RAM has been revealed by Samsung which is first of its kind by the company while this upper midrange phone will be available for $470.
The thickness and weight of the phone is 6.9 mm and 189 grams respectively while it has a 6” Super AMOLED display at the front with 1080p resolution.
There is a 6 GB RAM and 64 GB expandable storage along with Qualcomm Snapdragon 653 octa-core processor under the hood. Both rear and front cameras are of 16 MP each. NFC, USB Type C, Bluetooth and 4G LTE are the connectivity options of the device. There is dual SIM support in the phone while it runs on Android Marshmallow.
Cirrus Hi Fi support will provide high quality audio while the phone will also include a fingerprint scanner, a headphone jack and a 4,000 mAh battery for the device.
The price of this phone is relatively higher than normal but it shows that the company is considering getting mobiles with such huge memory also.
